Crafting Spaces That Inspire Tomorrow

We've spent the last decade figuring out how buildings can work with nature instead of against it. Turns out, good design doesn't have to cost the earth.

Sustainable design process

Architecture that actually makes sense

Look, we're not gonna throw around words like "visionary" or "paradigm-shifting". What we do is pretty straightforward - we design buildings that work for the people using them and don't wreck the planet in the process.

Started back in 2015 with just three of us and a shared studio space. Now we're a team of 18, and honestly? We're still learning something new on every project. That's kinda the point though - every site, every client, every budget tells us a different story.

Blueprint background

What we're actually good at

Six core services, but honestly they all blend together on most projects. Buildings aren't really separate categories in real life, y'know?

Residential Architecture

Homes that fit how you actually live, not some magazine spread. We've done everything from laneway houses to full custom builds across the GTA.

Commercial Design

Offices, retail spaces, mixed-use developments. The stuff that needs to work hard every single day and still look decent in 20 years.

Urban Planning

Bigger picture stuff - how buildings talk to each other, streetscapes, neighbourhood character. It's part architecture, part sociology really.

Interior Architecture

Where the rubber meets the road. Layout, flow, materials, light - all the things you actually experience when you're inside a building.

Sustainable Building Consulting

The numbers side of green building. Energy modeling, material sourcing, LEED certification - making sure the eco-friendly stuff actually pencils out.

Heritage Restoration

Old buildings have stories worth keeping. We figure out how to update them for modern use without losing what made them special in the first place.

OUR APPROACH

Sustainability isn't optional anymore

Here's the thing - we stopped treating "green building" as a separate service years ago. It's just how we work now. Every project starts with the same questions: how can we use less? How can we use better materials? What's gonna last?

Sometimes that means passive solar design and triple-glazed windows. Sometimes it's about reusing an existing structure instead of tearing it down. There's no one-size-fits-all answer, which is why we actually listen before we start drawing.

Recent stuff we're proud of

Just a few projects from the last couple years

Residential project
RESIDENTIAL

Beaches Laneway House

Net-zero addition that turned an underused garage into a full rental unit. Paid for itself in 6 years through energy savings and rental income.

Commercial project
COMMERCIAL

Liberty Village Tech Hub

Adaptive reuse of a 1920s warehouse into flexible coworking space. Kept all the good bones, updated everything else that mattered.

Heritage restoration project
HERITAGE

Queen West Heritage Resto

Victorian commercial building brought back to life. Modern mechanical systems, original facade intact. Took us two years but worth every permit meeting.
